Henry "The Hammer" Vorderbruggen

HENRY THE VETERAN

Following the attacks on 9/11/2001, Henry dropped out of college and volunteered for the United States Navy. He was assigned to the U.S.S. John F. Kennedy (CV-67) aircraft carrier in Mayport, Florida, and worked as a photojournalist. Henry finished at the top of his class among all branches of the military at Defense Information School (DINFOS), and was later awarded a letter of commendation and the Navy Achievement Medal for his work in the Kennedy’s media department. Following the ship’s decommissioning, he was transferred to shore duty at Naval Base Kitsap in Bangor, Washington, where he was quickly promoted and produced a variety of content for the Navy’s newspaper and website. He completed his undergraduate degree in Mass Communications and Journalism and ended his five-year enlistment with an honorable discharge.

HENRY THE LEMON LAW LAWYER

Henry earned his law degree from the University of Denver Sturm College of Law in 2013. In law school, he was selected to the prestigious Denver Law Review based on the strength of his writing. That experience allowed him the opportunity to work with judges in both district and county court, first as an intern and then as a full-time judicial clerk following graduation. He worked behind the scenes of the courtroom, helping judges research and write their decisions, which provided a knowledge of the system that far exceeded anything he learned in law school. This experience helped him hit the ground running when he decided to enter private practice and focus exclusively on Lemon Law, Consumer Protection and Breach of Warranty claims. Henry is an experienced Minnesota Lemon Law lawyer who has dedicated his career to helping consumers in Lemon Law and Breach of Warranty claims. He is an aggressive advocate and champion for consumer rights in all areas. Henry is currently licensed to practice law in Arizona, Washington and Minnesota.

Henry is the proud father of two sons, Barabbas and Atlas. Both are scholar-athletes and participate in a variety of sports and extracurricular activities. Atlas is an honors student and varsity wrestler in high school. Barabbas is in college and plans to be an attorney like his dad. Henry has volunteered to coach their sports teams since they were little boys. He has coached tee-ball, soccer, wrestling, basketball, and most recently flag football. Henry and the boys love the outdoors and exploring as much as possible.

James earned his Juris Doctor from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2021, after completing both his Master of Science in Law and Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy at ASU. His academic background reflects a strong foundation in analytical thinking, strategy, and clear communication — skills that now define his approach to consumer advocacy.

James is known for his personable, upbeat style and his ability to make clients feel comfortable and understood from day one. He believes that strong representation starts with strong relationships. Clients appreciate his responsiveness, attention to detail, and ability to break down complex legal issues in a way that feels straightforward and manageable. He approaches each case with focus, energy, and a results-driven mindset.

James is dedicated to protecting consumers in Lemon Law and breach of warranty matters. He combines disciplined preparation with genuine client connection, working diligently to ensure every client feels supported, informed, and confident throughout the process. James is currently licensed to practice law in Arizona and Minnesota.
